Includes a new jam story by Chester Brown and Dave Sim, featuring the strange creature from the Celebrate Diversity catalog recap.
The issue was later reprinted, with the only difference being the title "Cerebus Not The World Tour Book 1995" and the cover had a red "Not The" stamped over the World portion of the title.
Profits from this book were used to finance the Spirits of Independence events in Austin, Columbus, Seattle, Manchester, Pittsburgh, Phoenix, Kansas City, and Kitchener.
