Occupied by the Seprans for 100 years. When they left, they killed all males from 5 to 40 years of age. This leaves a power vacuum that the Cirinists use to gain control over the area. Lower Felda conquered it soon after, but since Upper Felda had no monetary system or precious metals to tax, the Lower Feldan government started to lose money occupying the country. Due to this, the Lower Feldan government was overthrown in a coup, and left Upper Felda. (issue 196).
