A city in the northern area of the Sepran Empire.

It is referred to as "the northern province of Tansubal".

Some time after the Flame Jewel incident, Cerebus ended up there, from which he joined a military expedition through Boreala to fight in the Blood Wars. (Issue 2)

Following his encounter with Khem, Cerebus returned to Tansubal to meet with the wizard Henrot, in an effort to earn money to get East. (Issue 3)
