Appears in issues 271, 272, and Issue 300.

A character created in Cerebus' mind for Cerebus to pass the time while he is bound and forced to listen to the Three Wise Fellows read the entirety of The Book of Rick to him in Latter Days. Cerebus takes on the persona of the title character of the comic book series by Garth Inniscent that he reads in the evenings after tending Mr. Gorzky's sheep in the beginning of Latter Days (when he isn't engaged in other pursuits).
