Apparently highly ranked of Cirin's military forces. Led the conquest of Iest. Her troops confront Cerebus when he starts killing Cirinists in a bloody rage. She contradicts Cirin's order not to harm Cerebus by commanding her troops to "Kill him!"

Killed by Punisheroach in issue 155. Named after Norman Schwarzkopf, American General during the Gulf War.
