Character History
Brother of Prince Keef.
In issue 142 (p. 13) he states that his dad the King wouldn't give bail to his brother Keef unless they agreed to marry, so they had to go back to the T'capmin Kingdom.
In issue 201 his real name is stated to be Phillip Michaels.

A parody of Mick Jagger.

Dave: "I'm a big Rolling Stones fan. Reading the book "The Rolling Stones: In Their Own Words", I was struck by the pampered laissez-faire demeanor central to many of their opinions and comments; particularly Mick and 'Keef'. I decided that they would be perfect as jaded royal types - types from the T'capmin Kingdoms. Someday, I'll get Cerebus up there for a visit or the Glimmer Twins will arrive in Iest for a Slumming Party or something. Stay tuned." 1984
