Lower Felda

The country just to the west of Iest. The capital city is Beduin. The local language is represented by French, although ironically the first time we hear French in Lower Felda it is uttered by the non-native Elrod (in Issue 12).

When the Sepran army left Upper Felda, Lower Felda sent in its army to occupy Upper Felda. Since Upper Felda had nothing of value to take to finance the occupation, the Lower Feldan government started to loose money. The oligarchy was then overthrown by a military coup. issue 196

Government is by a five-man military tribunal, although Weisshaupt made an unsuccessful takeover attempt (issue 21).

There was a Kevillist rebellion in 1408 (22, p.12).
