Issue Summary
Prince Mick has to put up with a nice Cerebus hanging off his leg, an albino in a giant cockroach costume, and a totally blitzed Prince Keef. The Secret Sacred Wars Roach is "thapocking" his way up the mountain side. He's on his way to take Astoria, and plans to fight Epop, the Anti-pope. Claremont manages to bring Cerebus out of his whiskey/codeine haze. Cerebus starts to climb after the Secret Sacred Wars Roach. The Tower is growing.

Annotations
- This the first issue that Gerhard is credited on the inside cover.
- p. 9: The Cockroach mentions that Weisshaupt had predicted snow in the summer. Perhaps the Ascension has repeated in the past, and a snow storm is part of the reoccurring motif, and Weisshaupt is privy to this information. Which is also indicated by the gold sphere that he leaves Cerebus, who finds it in issue 101.
- Last page has a reproduction of a note from Dave Sim on Aardvark-Vanaheim, Inc. letter head. This note states that the High Society phonebook has been printed, and due to the glut of comics-related material to be released that summer, Aardvark-Vanaheim will be distributing the book themselves: first edition of six thousand copies sold on a first-come first-serve basis: $20 US plus postage. The note continues stating a second printing is planned for later that same year or early in 1987. The inside back cover shows a picture of the phonebook.
- Outside back cover has information on the 1986 UK Tour.
