Issue Summary
The Hsiffies are invading, the Anarcho-Romantics are making silly demands, and Cerebus has serious financial strains. Not to mention a meeting with his "cabinet" including Mr. Blakely. The Moon Roach is perched to leap into action at Cerebus' word. Astoria, as usual, is helping Cerebus with all the loose ends.
Cerebus deals with most of his troubles in a typical aardvarkian fashion, especially the Anarcho-Romantics. But things get worse when the mercenaries find the New Sepran treasury empty, and wish Cerebus well as they leave, since there is no more money to keep them on the payroll. Jaka comes to warn Cerebus that he's in more danger than he knows. Jaka's visit hints at a much deeper conspiracy that is interested in Cerebus.
