Issue Summary
Cerebus talks with Corporal O’Reilly about the treaty between Cerebus and The United Sanctuaries Security Council for Shep Shep to visit. Cerebus forgets what he has to tell Shep Shep. Then he remembers: The Book. Then he has a hot flash. Cerebus prays for just one good fart before he dies. Also, the Le Sanctuaire Upper Felda des Ricke and Joanne, Lesbiennes denies his request to see his son.
