Holland M. Hadden

A member of the firm "Hadden, Hadden and Dipp" who is pressing Cerebus to buy gold plated streetlamps. He gives Cerebus a check made out to Cerebus for 700 Iestan crowns just to remember his firm and his product.
When he was called back for a second audience with Cerebus, he gets drunk on the brandy Cerebus pours for him and on the news from Cerebus that Palnu is interested in solid gold streetlamps and cost is not a factor. During this, Cerebus gets him to erase Iest's debts to Hadden's firm.
As soon as the pair exit the Regency Hotel, the Cockroach drops a large stone half moon on Hadden killing him instantly.
