Full name is Harmon Blakely II.
A high-ranking member of Iest's legislature, and a devout Tarimite. He was raised in a monastery in the Kota Mountains.
In issue 43 it is said that Blakely's fameous relative, Cyrus N. Blakely, was the first Prime Minister of Iest and the namesake of the Iest district of Blakely.
